The Finis Ankle Buoy has a dual functional design that helps to improve body position in the water. You simply fasten this float between the legs or ankles and strengthens the upper body. It is specially designed to keep your feet in the right place and focus on the right technique. The float improves hip rotation and, thanks to ergonomic holes, it holds your legs together.

The buoys are generally a very popular training aid, just like mine. I often take the buoy for the trainings and I only swim 200 meters of crawl or breastroke. If I want to enjoy swimming with the buoy even more, I will take extra swimsuit paddles. As fan of buoys, I was very pleased to try this specifically shaped Finis.
It has one advantage over other buoys, and this is their. You can put it between your thighs or you can put your ankles into the holes of the buoy.
By inserting the buoy between your thighs, you simply lift the pelvis that does not fall down and you can concentrate fully on the work of your arms. If you fix your ankles with this special Finis Ankle, you need to concentrate on strengthening the center of your body and arms. After regular swimming with the ankle, the hips begin to sink, and there is a need to continually make effort to strengthen the posture in the right horizontal position.
I like the Finis Ankle pull buoy because of its smart design and the possibility of comfortable fixing of ankle. I recommend this buoy for beginners who need help with training the correct body position, but also for experienced professionals to strengthen the upper part of the body. Furthermore, it is suitable in case of shifting the buoy to the ankles and strengthening the center of the body and, of course, to enhance the training.
