Snorkel extension Finis Cardio Cap is designated specially for adults and junior swimmers. Finis Cardio Cap is intended for breath training and strengthening the intercostal muscles. The extension reduces oxygen intake so the swimmer must breathe more actively. At decreased oxygen intake the swimmer increases the muscles ability to work better even when oxygenated unsufficiently and thereby it increases training's efficiency. The swimmer strengthens his intercostal muscles when inhaling and exhaling. The snorkel extension helps to increase the lungs capacity and to maintain correct breathing even when the swimmer might be stressed and anxious during the competition.
