Product description

Enervit Magnesium is mainly used before a harder training or race, in a dose of one sachet per day. However, it should not be taken just before activity. It contains high levels of minerals and vitamin C. If you suffer from cramps, it can be taken just before bedtime or during exercise.

1 sachet (15g) contains: 600 mg potassium, 160 mg magnesium, 90 mg sodium and 80 mg vitamin C

Preparation

Dissolve one sachet in 200 ml of water

Effects

  • Supplements minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, chlorine)
  • Potassium and magnesium support proper muscle and nervous system function during exercise
  • Magnesium contributes to proper electrolyte balance

Vitamin C contributes

  • To reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion
  • To proper energy metabolism
  • To protect cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C)
  • To maintain proper immune system function during and after intense physical exercise, when the body is significantly weakened due to exhaustion
