Training fins

Swimming fins are an excellent training aid for strengthening the lower limbs. They are significantly shorter compared to diving fins. The advantage is that it is possible to use them in swimming pools because they don't endanger other swimmers. The fins are used for fitness swimming and for practicing the correct swimming technique. Swimming fins are mainly made of silicone or PVC material and they can be of different hardnesses. With harder fins, you have greater kicks and speed. Fins allow swimmers to swim faster and fix their technique if necessary.
