Enervit R2 Recovery Drink is an orange-flavoured drink designed to regenerate the body after prolonged sports performance.
When to use
To optimize recovery processes, drink the recovery drink prepared from 50 g (1 sachet) of the mixture and at least 350 ml of water immediately after the end of the sports performance - during the 30 minutes of the so-called anabolic window. This drink is especially suitable after a longer sports performance (over 90 minutes).
