The Arena Swim Snorkel Pro III is the perfect snorkel for advanced and competitive swimmers who want to improve their swimming technique.
The snorkel is solid, without the silicone cradle at the bottom. This feature ensures that the snorkel remains stable even when the swimmer's head is moving (e.g. the snorkel will not "break" when the swimmer performs flip turns). The snorkel is made of PVC.
The package includes two sizes of silicone mouthpiece, two silicone airflow restrictors, an adjustable head strap and the snorkel itself.
I recommend swimming with the snorkel to everyone when practising the crawl technique. It is easy for the swimmer to keep the head in the correct position and reinforces the basics of correct head position. Another advantage is that the swimmer does not have to concentrate on breathing and can focus all their attention on correct crawl technique and footwork. Perhaps the only disadvantage of snorkels in general is that they can only be used in one way - the crawl.
You can adjust the snorkel to suit your needs. Not only can you tighten the silicone band around your head, but you can also adjust the position (up or down) of the handle on your forehead so that the silicone mouthpiece sits properly in your mouth. More advanced swimmers will certainly benefit from the airflow restrictor, which can improve their hypoxic skills
I would definitely recommend this snorkel to fitness swimmers. It's a great tool for long distance swimming and when combined with paddles or fins, you can swim a kilometre without even blinking.
Final recommendation: For more fluidity, learn to do a flip turn with your snorkel. It may seem difficult, but the opposite is true. Just hold your breath before the turn and exhale sharply through your mouth after the turn when you're at the surface. This will blow all the water out of the snorkel and you're good to go.

Menstruation is a natural part of every woman's life, but it can pose some challenges, especially during the summer months and during water-related activities. Traditional menstrual products such as tampons and pads can be uncomfortable or impractical in these situations. In addition, tampons and other menstrual products that are inserted into the body may not be comfortable for all women, and for young girls, it may be difficult or even impossible to introduce them.
It's not surprising that winter could be long, dark and, unless you spend it somewhere in the mountains, unpleasant. Because of the shorter days and lack of sunshine, our bodies are subjected to unwanted stress and the spring season should be about rebooting the body and mind. Swimming is, therefore, an ideal way to support the natural detoxification process and improve the overall well-being of the body.
Swimming bands, or also expanders, are probably the most basic training aid for swimmers on dry land. They help not only to strengthen the stroke muscles, but also to improve technique. But do you know how to use them properly?
Do you want to improve, stay healthy, and avoid injuries and forced breaks? Proper recovery after swimming is key and should be a priority for everyone, whether a professional or a recreational athlete.
