Enervit After Sport Drink is a lemon-flavoured drink designed to regenerate the body after exercise.
When to use
It is intended to be consumed within 30 minutes after the end of a sporting activity - so that you can take advantage of the so-called anabolic window. Depending on the intensity of the effort, use one to two sachets dissolved in water (200 ml per 1 dose). This drink is rather suitable after a shorter and intense exercise of up to 90 minutes.
