Product description

Enervit Isotonic Drink with orange flavour keeps your performance at the highest level and increases water absorption during physical exercise.

Preparation

Pour 30 grams of powder into 500 ml of water. For a hypotonic density drink, pour 15 grams of powder into 500 ml of water. For activity where you sweat excessively, we recommend drinking a particularly hypotonic diluted drink.

When to use

Drink the ionic energy drink continuously during exercise, approximately every 15 minutes 100 to 150 ml. You can also finish the remaining drink from the workout after the workout, but before the recovery drink.
