Have you ever wondered how swimmers take care of their hair after everyday swimming and exposing their hair and skin to chlorinated water?
Over the years I have spent at the swimming pool I have been trying to find a shampoo and conditioner that would suit my hair type for everyday use. As someone who is working in a sports shop, I had the opportunity to meet the TRISWIM brand which is famous for their products that removes chlorine and salt from the hair and skin. So, I decided to try out the shampoo and conditioner for a month and share with you my experience.
The TRISWIM shampoo has amazing lime and mango smell which stayed in my hair until the next wash, it is a little bit thicker than other shampoos but it becomes a light foam which makes it easy to massage on the scalp. I didn't even need to shampoo my hair twice. That is a big plus, especially if you wash your hair every time after swimming. The conditioner is light, creamy and has a pleasant fresh smell which is also easy to apply evenly on the hair. The one thing that amazed me about the conditioner is that it was easy and quick to rinse it out. My hair washing process was done twice as fast as usually.
After drying my hair I noticed that my hair is soft and light. It felt healthy and clean without that „too much product in the hair“ feeling. To be honest, the frizz was still there, it's just part of my life, but overall my hair was manageable and easy to brush without tangling.
After a month of using both products twice a week, I can say that I have noticed a big change. My hair does not get greasy as quickly as with other products. For me, it's a huge change. I'm someone who has fine hair, greasy scalp and dry ends. I know, it's the worst combination. But I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one out there with the same hair type. It didn't matter how dirty or clean my hair was before swimming it was always enough to shampoo it only once. It seems that TRISWIM made the perfect combination of structure and composition with these products.
Last but not least, TRISWIM products are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, paraben-free and in my opinion, the most important is that they are not tested on animals. Thumbs up for all the cruelty-free brands.
What would I single out with this product compared to the others:
- The price is the same as other drugstore shampoos
- Amazing long-lasting smell
- The lightness of the products
- Healthy feeling after treating the heart with heat
- Vegan-friendly products

Menstruation is a natural part of every woman's life, but it can pose some challenges, especially during the summer months and during water-related activities. Traditional menstrual products such as tampons and pads can be uncomfortable or impractical in these situations. In addition, tampons and other menstrual products that are inserted into the body may not be comfortable for all women, and for young girls, it may be difficult or even impossible to introduce them.

The American woman Karen Allard founded SBR Sports in 2003, the parent company of the Triswim brand. SBR stands for Swim, Bike, Run, a triathlon that Karen loves. The market was lacking cosmetic products to reduce the risk of chlorine on the skin and hair, so Karen, in collaboration with laboratories and dermatologists, developed her own natural line of cosmetic products.
These are quality ingredients that safely remove chlorine and other chemicals from the body and hair. The Triswim range includes shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion.
