Product description

When to use

  • Use the Energy Gel every 35-45 minutes during exercise for continuous energy replenishment
  • Can also be used just before a swim workout on the way from the locker room to the pool
  • Always wash the gel down with a drink

Effects

  • Provides continuous energy during a workout or race

Benefits

  • Glucose is contained in the form of a 4-unit glucose polymer (called cyclodextrin DP4), which makes the energy released from it gradual, yet easily available to the body
  • Energy release over a longer period of time is achieved by the addition of trehalose and isomaltulose, two slow-release carbohydrates

Ingredients

Glucose syrup DP4 (73%), water, fructose syrup (2%), maltodextrin (1%), trehalose* (1%), isomaltulose* (1%), preservative: potassium sorbate, niacinamide, vitamin B1, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids). *Trehalose is a source of glucose, isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose
