Product description

Enervit PRE Sport is an easily digestible carbohydrate jelly with cranberry flavour. It is suitable for consumption preferably 1 to 2 hours before exercise. It is ideal for example before a morning workout if you do not have breakfast, as it prevents the feeling of hunger and jump starts your body.

Effects

  • Optimises blood sugar levels, preventing the onset of unwanted hypoglycaemia (lack of blood sugar) before exercise
  • Contains fructose and isomaltulose, carbohydrates with gradually releasing energy and a low glycemic index
  • The combination of carbohydrates used promotes the use of fat as an energy source

When to use

  • Before shorter exercise up to 120 minutes - one jelly 45 - 60 minutes BEFORE
  • Before longer exercise over 120 minutes - 2 jellies, the first 90 to 120 minutes BEFORE and the second 45 to 60 minutes BEFORE

Ingredients

Fructose syrup (42,9 %), glucose syrup (16,5 %), isomaltulose (16,2 %), gelling agents: pectins, acid: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, flavouring, preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, colouring agents: paprika extract, oleoresin, curcumin.

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, egg, soya, milk, sesame, nuts.
