I was looking forward to testing the Mad Wave Short Belt and I was  very curious. It is a very specific and interesting tool that helps to improve technique and endurance. What is my experience and how can be used?

The stretch rubber of the Short Belt is very easy to use. You anchor one end with stroke trainer or just enwreathe it around the handrail at the starting block or steps of the pool, and tighten the other end with a nylon belt and plastic buckle around your waist.

With this aid you can easily train any shot - butterfly, emblem, breaststroke and crawler. The band is used extensively by trainers during training, where the trainer can closely control their protegees and monitor the techniques of the shots or the position of the body in a stationary swimming. The other thing you can train with the belt is reflection and work after a turn, such as butterfly waves, when the rubber returns you and you can keep repeating the movement until you do not feel it and learn it.

The Mad Wave Short Belt can also be used in short or counter-heated swimming pools or health care facilities. You can swim without frequent turns and enjoy endurance swimming because you can swim as long as you like.

Latex material - it is very elastic and adaptable.
