Product description

Strength your lower body with the Arena Kickboard. It's perfect for speed increase and an essential item for swimmers. It provides extra comfort underwater due to its shape and is a must-have to improve your kicking techniques. You can swim crawl, butterfly, breast and backstroke with the kickboard. It will make your training more pleasant and you can focus on the lower half of your body. You can also use it for various technical exercises.

The kickboard is made from a foam material called EVA, which is flexible and lightweight, but still strong enough to lean on it while swimming. Thanks to its hard material it can serve you a long time, which is a big plus. With cheaper and softer kickboards it often happens that after some time they start to peel and become moldy, so swimming can be unpleasant. I think investing in a better kickboard will pay off.

The swimming board dimensions are 41 x 28.5 x 3 cm and it suited me.

It has a beautiful design, I like the big Arena sign on the whole right side and the small logo on the bottom left side. The bottom part is black.

You can also use it as a pull buoy, but you have to put your legs tight together because the board is relatively narrow.

If you like you can try to swim one of the popular training motives focusing on legs: Sprint 4x (25 butterfly + 25 backstroke + 25 breaststroke + 25 crawl). For some swimmers leg training is comfortable, they can have a nice chat with other swimmers, but for others, it's the hardest part of the training.

You can hold the swimming board in several different ways and we would like to show you some of them for inspiration. I usually hold the board through those two holes in the board or I'm holding it on the top, that is the most common and most comfortable way.

I recommend this swimming board to everyone, beginners, recreational swimmers but also elite swimmers. Arena did a good job and it's among the best kickboards you can have. Will you try it out?

What did I like the most about the Arena swimming board?

- Appearance

- Two holes in the board for a comfortable grip

- Color selection

- Solid material

- Durability + long-lasting

Concluding tip:

If you're swimming on your back, don't place the kickbord on the water surface horizontally, but hold it vertically. You will be faster like that.

EVA material (ethylene vinyl acetate) - This foam material is flexible, elastic and light. It is very durable, waterproof and is also resistant to UV radiation.
