The new GRABBER forearm paddles are great for improving your swimming stroke technique!
They help you achieve the correct wrist position and prevent your elbow from collapsing by keeping it in a higher position. The innovative design allows you to use your hand and forearm as a single unit, helping you feel how they are connected and emphasizing the height and rotation of the forearm during the stroke.
Special water flow holes allow you to feel the water and reduce drag as you pull your arm out of the water. Soft silicone straps let you attach the paddles firmly and securely to your hand. The paddles allow you to use different hand positions (closed or open). The paddles can be used for all swimming strokes.
