The Finis Iso Paddles are designed to strengthen the necessary muscle groups and train proper technique. They are shaped differently for the right and left hand, so that you won't really get them confused!
The packs are shaped in such a way that they force the swimmer to maintain the correct hand position during the stroke, thus significantly strengthening the necessary muscles. This forces the swimmer to constantly concentrate on executing the correct technique and therefore not only improves, but strengthens at the same time. Moreover, thanks to the packs, the swimmer improves his feeling for the water.
The packs are ergonomically shaped separately for the right and left hand, so using them does not hurt the palms even after a long swim. In addition, by changing them you can strengthen different muscles.
If you put the yellow paw on your right hand and the grey paw on your left hand, you strengthen your triceps and trapezius muscles. This is best suited for the sign and kraul.
If you put the grey paw on your right hand and the yellow paw on your left, you are strengthening your biceps and pectoral muscles. This is best for the breaststroke and butterfly.
